Plan each day in advance, make the most of your time in port and indulge in local food and culture. Use your sea days to relax and rejuvenate; most ships have beautiful spas on board. If you’re planning on booking any spa treatments, do book in advance as the sea days are generally quite busy. The fear of missing out can sometimes consume us and we forget that it’s a holiday and having some time to enjoy the ships amenities can be overlooked.

Years working at Mundy Cruising: 2 years
First cruise: It was 17 years ago; I sailed around the Caribbean on Costa Cruises and I thought it was the most wonderful way to see the world.
Best cruise dining experience: On board Regent Seven Seas Explorer at the fantastic Pacific Rim, simply the best.
Best non-cruise holiday: I love the Far East - tranquil villages, isolated beaches, delicious food, culture, and the spiritual vibe - so captivating.
Interesting fact about yourself: In 1998 I was invited to the Grammy Awards in Los Angeles. I felt very privileged to have experience such an extraordinary show!
