Seabourn's expedition programme known as Ventures by Seabourn travels to the polar regions and operats zodiac shore landings, accompanied by a team of expert naturalists, scholars and scientists, all included at no extra cost, as well as kayaking and a number of more active excursions. These hugely popular sailings receive the best customer feedback of any Seabourn voyages.

Based on this experience Seabourn have expanded with the introduction of two brand new dedicated expedition vessels, the first of which, Seabourn Venture, started operating in 2022. Itineraries feature Antarctica, the Arctic (including Iceland and Greenland) and South America (including the Amazon), all designed to take you further than ever before.

Designed with a PC6 ice-strengthened hull and a range of equipment to help you explore, including two custom-built 6-person submarines, the ship has 132 all veranda, all ocean-front suites. On board you can relive the excitement of each day in a relaxed and sociable environment with all drinks included in your fare, creating something of a celebratory atmosphere. Dining is stylish, with a range of options in a choice of restaurants. Sister ship Seabourn Pursuit launched in 2023.
