The Restaurant and Lounge

Quark Expeditions - World Explorer Restaurant — Main Restaurant

The main restaurant is the communal hub of the ship, operating one seating for all guests for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with meal times dependent on landings and wildlife encounters.

In the lounge there is an assortment of freshly-baked cookies and/or pastries offered each afternoon and a selection of hot and cold snacks is available during cocktail hour, expedition activities permitting.

Each comfortable room has modern décor and features either a private walk-out or Juliet balcony for unimpeded ocean views.

Owner's Suite

Approximately 355 square feet in size and with a 110 square foot balcony, these are the largest suites on board with a separate sitting area and a large bathroom with a shower, separate bathtub and dual vanity.

Deluxe Suite

At 334 square feet the Deluxe Suite has a 110 square foot balcony with access from the sitting room and bedroom.

Superior Suite

Configured with a large double 110 square foot balcony and 278 square foot of interior living space with a sitting area and separate bedroom.

Veranda Suite

The most common accommodation grade on board with 215 square feet of indoor living space and a 55 square foot walkout balcony.

Infinity Suite

Located towards the aft of the ship, this category offers more internal living space (270 square feet) by featuring a Juliet balcony rather than a full walkout balcony.

Triple

Triple rooms can be configured with a twin and single or three single bed and have a full walkout balcony.

As a dedicated polar specialist Quark have one of the best expedition teams in the industry, who give informative destination talks from the theatre-style auditorium which can easily accommodate everyone on board.

A wraparound deck gives uninterrupted 360 degree views and the glass-domed Observation Lounge is a comfortable spot to relax and enjoy the panoramic polar scenery.
