All three restaurants are inspired by Hurtigruten's Nordic and Norwegian heritage, with menus featuring international cuisine and locally inspired specialties. All venues offer a relaxed atmosphere and open seating.
The main restaurant, Aune, is named after the Norwegian ship chandler and polar expedition supplier Tinus Aune. This is a large light filled venue with floor to ceiling windows where you can choose to dine in your own company or join a larger group of new friends.
Fredheim is the ship's informal and social meeting place, named after a 1900s hunting station on Svalbard. Serving burgers, sandwiches and pastries, here you can enjoy expansive views from tables lining the floor to ceiling windows.
Included for those staying in a suite grade and at a supplement for everyone else, the low key yet refined speciality restaurant, Lindstrøm, is where modern Norwegian Nordic cooking gives a nod of recognition to the destinations through which you are travelling with a superb rotating menu.
A wide variety of cabin and suite options all have rich and comfortable interiors designed to reflect the stunning polar scenery. The use of natural Scandinavian materials, such as granite, oak, birch and wool, creates relaxed and stylish spaces.
With options including with and without a balcony this is the largest suite on board, with between 144 and 157 square feet of space. Large windows offer great views and the space allows for flexible sleeping arrangements with a separate living area including a sofa bed.
Another category available with or without a balcony and size varying between 72 to 98 square feet. Those without a balcony offer a larger living area whilst the aft Corner Suite boasts a private balcony with hot tub.
The Large Corner Suite with private balcony has 114 square feet of space with a comfortable separate living area and is adapted for guests with a wheelchair.
These suites come in a range of sizes between 65 to 92 square feet and are all located in the higher decks
A grouping of cabins, Arctic Superior class cabins are comfortable with those located on higher decks also enjoying a private balcony, although certain cabins do have a restricted view.
Located on the lower and middle decks, these cabins come in two different sizes with both featuring a large picture window.
Core to the onboard experience is the Science Center.
Packed with state-of-the-art technology and high-tech gadgets, such as touch screens and science equipment, this flexible venue features lecture spaces, a small library, and special areas for workshops in photography, biology and more. This is also where you'll find Hurtigruten's handpicked Expedition Team.
Alongside the expedition equipment there are a host of facilities where guests can relax and rejuvenate.
Enjoy the elegant Explorer Lounge, a large gym and wellness centre, or enjoy the scenery and sunsets on the massive indoor/outdoor Observation Decks, with the aft infinity pool and hot tubs a particular highlight.
